Yin Yang yoga encourages us to find balance between movement and stillness, between giving effort and letting go.

Evening Class (5 pm - 6:30 pm)
Yin yoga is a slow, quiet, and deep practice that involves holding poses for longer periods (3-5 minutes or more). This practice targets deep tissues such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, not muscles.
Yin yoga is a space to pause, listen to the body, and permit it to rest.
Yin yoga invites us to be still, feel, and let go.

Morning class (8 am- 9.30 am)
Classic hatha flow is a yoga sequence that combines classic hatha yoga asanas with a gentle, regular flow of movement, accompanied by conscious breathing and steady holding of poses.
Classic hatha flow is a space to move slowly, breathe fully, and return home to the body.

Morning class (8 am-9:30 am)
Vinyasa yoga flow is a dynamic yoga practice that seamlessly connects body movement with breath. Each pose flows smoothly into the next, following the rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation.
